"I loved working with Anita. She was always on-time for showings. We looked at several properties. Once I found my "forever home," she stayed on top of the negotiations, as there were multiple offers. Once I was under contract, she dealt with the very difficult seller on multiple issues. She even took care of scheduling repairs that were not her responsibility, so we could close on time. I highly recommend Anita for your real estate needs."

Her response time is unmatched and she made sure that all difficult deadlines were met which made our short due diligence period much less stressful. I can say she went above and beyond throughout the process. From the lender she recommended to negotiating our requested repairs, she did a phenomenal job.
